to Book your Canoe Adventure
1.
Make sure that this is the right trip for you!
Contact Missinaibi Headwaters by email or
call 1-705-607-0276 to find out more about the
physical demands of the trip and what to expect once you are on
the river. We'll have some questions for you as well regarding past
experience, dietary requests, medical information.
Note: We will not accept a booking from anyone, unless we
have first spoken to them, in person, about the trip.
2.
Reservation Deposit to secure your place on the
trip.

Visa or MasterCard: Phone 1-705-607-0276.
Do not send credit card information by email as the server is not
secure.
We will then mail you a confirmation package, showing logistical
information, gear list and detailed itinerary.
Guided
Trips: $200.00 CND or $150.00 US per person
Self-Guided,
with Food Outfitting: $100/person
Equipmement Rental: $25.00/person

3.
Cancellation.
The per-person deposit is not refundable. However, in the event
of a cancellation due to serious medical reasons or death in the
immediate family, we will credit your deposit or payment towards
a future trip with Missinaibi Headwaters. Cancellation for the
above reasons less that 14 days prior to the trip departure will
forfeit deposit.
4.
Payment.
Guided trips: Full payment is due by June 30
Self-guided trips and shuttles: Full Payment is due prior to trip
departure.
